DMCA Policy

moviboxapp.com follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a United States law that protects copyrighted material online. This policy explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice and the steps that follow.

Copyright Respect

moviboxapp.com respects the intellectual property rights of authors, app developers, and other rights holders. The Site does not knowingly publish or link to content that infringes on third-party rights.

If you are a rights holder and you believe content on moviboxapp.com infringes your copyright, please file a formal DMCA notice using the procedure below. Valid notices are reviewed promptly, and infringing material is removed or access disabled where appropriate.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, send a written notification to the contact address at the bottom of this page. The notice must include the specific information required under Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA.

Required Information

A valid DMCA notice must contain all of the following:

  • Your full legal name, address, and contact details (phone and email)
  • The name of the copyright owner you represent (if you are not the owner directly)
  • A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • The exact URL(s) on moviboxapp.com where the allegedly infringing material is located
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete notices may be rejected or returned for clarification. Please note that filing a knowingly false DMCA notice may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

How a Notice is Processed

When a valid DMCA notice is received:

  • The reported material is reviewed against your claim.
  • If the claim appears valid, the material is removed or access is disabled, typically within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The person who posted or uploaded the material (if applicable) is notified of the removal.

Counter Notification

If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification. A counter notification must include:

  • Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, in the judicial district where moviboxapp.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Counter notifications are reviewed and forwarded to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within the timeframe permitted by the DMCA, the removed material may be restored.

Repeat Infringers

It is the policy of moviboxapp.com to terminate access for users or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances. Repeated valid DMCA complaints against the same source may result in lasting restrictions or removal.
